RockAgent is committed to protecting the security and integrity of our platform and user data. We implement technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information and maintain the reliability of the RockAgent service.
1. Infrastructure Security
RockAgent operates on secure cloud infrastructure provided by trusted hosting providers. Our infrastructure is designed to support secure data storage, encrypted communication, controlled access to services, and monitoring of system performance. We rely on industry-standard cloud security practices to maintain platform stability and data protection.
2. Data Protection
We implement reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse of information, data loss, and unauthorized modification. Sensitive information is handled using modern security practices appropriate for a cloud-based service.
3. Payment Security
Payments made on RockAgent are processed through trusted third-party payment processors such as Stripe. RockAgent does not store full credit card information on its servers. Payment data is handled according to the security standards of the payment providers.
4. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, including protecting login credentials, using secure passwords, and preventing unauthorized access. RockAgent may suspend accounts if suspicious activity is detected.
5. Third-Party Services
RockAgent integrates with third-party services including AI model providers, hosting infrastructure providers, analytics services, and payment processors. While we carefully select trusted providers, their services are governed by their own security practices and policies.
6. Service Monitoring
We monitor the platform to help detect service interruptions, abnormal usage patterns, potential abuse, and system performance issues. Monitoring helps us maintain platform stability and protect users from misuse.
7. Responsible Disclosure
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability affecting RockAgent, we encourage responsible disclosure. Please report potential vulnerabilities to admin@rockagent.ai, including a description of the vulnerability, steps to reproduce the issue, and any relevant supporting information.
8. Security Updates
RockAgent continuously improves its security practices as the platform evolves. Security measures may be updated periodically to address new risks and improve platform protection.
