RockAgent - AI Music and Release Platform

This Copyright & Usage Policy explains how intellectual property and content rights apply to materials created or used through the RockAgent platform. RockAgent is a creative orchestration platform that enables users to generate and organize creative assets through a combination of tools and third-party AI services. RockAgent does not independently create content and does not claim ownership of user-generated materials.

1. User Ownership of Generated Content

Users retain ownership of the original content they generate using RockAgent, including music, lyrics, album artwork, visual assets, press releases, artist bios, and promotional materials. RockAgent does not claim ownership of user-generated outputs. However, by using the platform, users grant RockAgent a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

2. Commercial Use

Users may use content generated through RockAgent for commercial purposes, including music distribution, streaming platforms, digital sales, promotional materials, social media use, and audiovisual productions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and that generated content does not infringe on third-party rights.

3. Responsibility for Content

Users are fully responsible for the content they create, generate, upload, or distribute using RockAgent. This includes ensuring that content does not infringe copyrights, violate intellectual property rights, impersonate individuals or artists, misuse voices or likenesses, or fail to comply with applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited: generating content that imitates specific real-world artists or public figures, voice cloning of identifiable individuals without permission, deepfake content intended to mislead audiences, generating copyrighted material you have no rights to reproduce, impersonation of artists or brands, and distributing content that violates intellectual property laws.

5. AI-Generated Content and Originality

RockAgent uses AI systems and third-party tools that generate content based on complex machine learning models. Similar outputs may be generated for different users, and generated material may resemble existing works. Originality cannot be guaranteed. Users are responsible for reviewing generated materials before publishing or distributing them.

6. Third-Party Tools and AI Models

RockAgent integrates with various third-party AI services and tools. RockAgent does not control how these models are trained and cannot guarantee the uniqueness or originality of generated content. Use of these services may also be subject to the policies of the respective providers.

7. Use of Content for Platform Improvement

To operate and improve the platform, RockAgent may process and analyze user-generated content using anonymized or aggregated data to improve platform functionality, enhance AI-assisted workflows, and optimize creative orchestration features. RockAgent does not sell user-generated creative works as standalone assets.

8. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe that content on the platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice including identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material, contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement made under penalty of perjury. Upon receiving a valid complaint, RockAgent may remove the content, notify the responsible user, or suspend accounts for repeated violations.

9. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts that repeatedly violate copyright or intellectual property rights may be permanently suspended or terminated. RockAgent reserves the right to determine what constitutes repeat infringement.
