RockAgent - AI Music and Release Platform

Welcome to RockAgent. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RockAgent platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by RockAgent LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RockAgent. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and will comply with all applicable laws. RockAgent may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

2. Description of the Service

RockAgent is a creative orchestration platform designed to assist users in generating and organizing materials related to music acts, including lyrics, music, visual assets, cover artwork, press releases, artist websites, promotional materials, and album packages. RockAgent does not independently create or distribute music — it orchestrates tools and third-party AI services. Users remain fully responsible for all content generated or submitted.

3. Third-Party Services

RockAgent integrates with various third-party services including AI music and image generation providers, text generation services, external music distribution partners, hosting providers, and infrastructure services. RockAgent does not control these services and cannot guarantee their availability or accuracy.

4. Content Ownership

Users retain full ownership of all original content they generate using the platform, including music, lyrics, cover art, artist bios, press releases, and visual assets. RockAgent does not claim ownership over user-generated content. However, by using the Service, you grant RockAgent a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, and operate on the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, publish, or distribute using RockAgent, including ensuring it does not infringe copyright, violate intellectual property rights, impersonate individuals, contain illegal material, or fail to comply with applicable laws.

6. Distribution and Publishing

RockAgent does not operate as a music distributor. Certain features may allow users to prepare releases for distribution through third-party services. Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to distribute their content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to create, distribute, or promote content that includes illegal material, hate speech or harassment, copyrighted material you have no rights to, impersonation of individuals or public figures, deepfake abuse, deceptive synthetic media, content intended to mislead or defraud, or malware and spam.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity occurring under your account, and providing accurate account information. RockAgent may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through third-party providers and fees may be non-refundable. However, RockAgent may issue refunds at its discretion in cases of significant technical failures, service interruptions, or platform errors preventing normal usage.

10. Service Availability

RockAgent may modify features, add or remove functionality, or temporarily interrupt services for maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RockAgent and its affiliates shall not be liable for user-generated content, copyright violations by users, misuse of generated materials, third-party service failures, distribution platform decisions, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Termination

RockAgent may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated, unlawful activity is detected, or platform abuse occurs. Users may also discontinue use at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

RockAgent may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
